Fiesta Rancho & Henderson - $10K Big Game Event Official Rules

The $10,000 Big Game Event will be held in place of the 3:00 p.m. session on Saturday, November 8, 2014.
The event will be held in the Bingo rooms at the Fiesta Henderson Casino Hotel (“Fiesta Henderson”) and Fiesta Casino Hotel (“Fiesta Rancho”).
There will be 10 games played at each property. Each game will pay out $500. The total payout for both properties combined will be $10,000.
There will be a BONUS $500 Coverall during the event at both properties ($1,000 total).
Guests can purchase entries for the event in the Bingo rooms. Guests must purchase their tickets at the property where they wish to play (i.e., if a guest purchases an entry at Fiesta Henderson, they must play in the event at Fiesta Henderson).
Price of entry will be Thirty Dollars ($30).
Entry will include one (1) 6-on pack.
Additional packs can be purchased at the time of the event. Extra packs will be Fifteen Dollars ($15) each or two (2) additional packs for Twenty-Five Dollars ($25). These will also be 6-on packs.
Calling time will be slowed to sixteen (16) seconds.
No coupons, discounts, or comps will be accepted for this event.
There will be a NO DUAL ACTION OR CASHBALL played at this session.
It is the responsibility of the player to yell “Bingo.” The player shall be responsible to state his or her claim loud enough to alert the caller, thus stopping the game. It is not the responsibility of the Bingo Agents to state a player’s claim or stop the game.
The ball on camera, which is shown on the monitors, is not official until it is called. Once the caller starts calling a letter/number, the caller must finish calling the letter/number.
Once the caller starts to call the letter of the next ball, no previous Bingo will be honored and the game shall continue. At the close of each game or portion thereof, the caller shall announce, “Are there anymore winners?” This will be the last opportunity to claim a prize. If a player had previously called Bingo, but had not been acknowledged, this is the last chance to state his or her claim. Once the caller progresses beyond this point and begins to say, “the game is closed,” no other Bingo will be honored. There are no exceptions and no adjustments will be made.
To be a winner, you must have the last number called.
A Bingo is valid when it is verified by the caller and by displaying the winning card pattern on the monitors for all players to see.
For each game, official results are determined by the actual balls drawn. Bingo board lights are only official when they correspond to the balls drawn.
In the event there are multiple winners, any prize won on these games will be split equally among the winning players. All prizes are aggregate.
Participants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and present valid identification to be eligible to play and be paid any winnings.
Any bingo pack, card, or face that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these rules is automatically void.
These rules or games may be modified or cancelled by management at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.
Management reserves the right to exclude any individual in its sole discretion.
If not otherwise stated in these rules, all standard Bingo rules apply.
